Silver Link Task Manager – Matter Diary

When a user logs into the system, the first screen that is displayed is the Task Manager. This lists all matters for that user showing:

  • Matters due for action today – highlighted in GREEN
  • Matters that have already passed their due date for action – highlighted in RED
  • Matters not yet due for action – not highlighted

If the user decides to action an item, that matter is selected with a double click.  The system them zooms to the data entry option that requires data input.  The data is then entered and filed.  The user can then activate a workflow process that may perform calculations, generate documents automatically and then diarise the next event for the matter selected.
